To protect everyone, we insure all items for the FULL AMOUNT. Even though we take every precaution to make sure your poster arrives unscathed, accidents happen! All posters are insured through the U.S. Postal Service. If this happens, please take digital photographs of both the damage to the packaging and a separate photograph of the damage to the poster, and email the photographs to us at info@fffmovieposters.com and we will handle the claim.

Within the United States, all purchases over $500 are shipped by Registered Insured U.S. Mail. This shipping method is cost-effective, safe and convenient. Registered mail requires your signature on delivery, but if you’re not available, the US Postal Service will leave a delivery notification which allows you to claim your delivery at your local Post Office. Registered insured mail is never simply left at your door unattended.

For example, in the United Kingdom, import duties apply to any item valued at over £18.
