The 1940 Michael Curtiz New Mexico cowboy western (“They carved a path through the wilderness… Then paved it with bullets and lives!”) starring Errol Flynn, Olivia De Havilland, Raymond Massey (as John Brown, the famous abolitionist), Alan Hale, Ronald Reagan (long time movie actor who later became President of the United States!), Van Heflin, William Lundigan, Gene Reynolds, Henry O’Neill, and Guinn “Big Boy” Williams.
